Interesting that luucko says that they want bryz back, but its " up to bryz"...WTF does that mean?

It means pack your bags cause your gone. Bryz wants out. The Flyers have no problem making that happen.

It's always been up to the player to stay on a team. Have to play well, or a team demotes, trades, etc.

out of context. IIRC, they were asking luukko about amnesty buyouts and bryz in the same sentence...

I don't think it's out of context at all. I think that's exactly what he's talking about. Bryzgalov's play will be the major factor is whether he stays here long term or not.
