I for one am actually encouraged by what Kane said yesterday, that is we will worry about our game and what we are doing. If we do that we will be fine. The Hawks forsaked that whole concept vs Wings and made thing a lot more difficult than they needed to be.

Simply put, Hawks score 3 plus a game and win this series a lot easier than most think. LA still struggles scoring.

Nobody is a bigger Quick fan than me. I was on the bandwagon 2 years ago. However, much like leading into round 2, all we heard was Lundquist Conn Smyth....he peaked and they failed. Don't think you get a Quick fail, but a return to the mean combined with LA inability to score allows this series to go Hawks way.

I think the fact that I don't particularly care for NBC's 1st line of broadcasters (Emrick-Olcyzk-McGuire) makes Pierre's presence particularly unbearable.

Add in the fact that Pierre sounds like he's trying to get Mr. "best color-guy in broadcasting" to invite him over for dinner every broadcast, and he's about as annoying as one can get.
