I wouldn't trade G for that gutless dog and the Caps #1 pick - KINGKENZO
I like him Big, tough, fast, and the best goal scorer in the league. Plus, I've only ever seen him dive once I've seen Crosby dive more times than i can count |

Good goalie, but could totally see him going to Nashville or Edmonton where he at least can be a backup.
Minus a premature buyout for Bryz, he's not gonna be a Flyer to start next season. I'm gonna assume if he's leaving the comforts of playing at home at age 27, he wants to play in the NHL sooner rather than later.
But who knows, id be ecstatic to add him. Sure would be nice to actually hear about some good things going on collectively in Adirondack. Team as a whole hasn't been good for awhile, would like to see them find a workhorse that's gonna help them compete everynight. |

Great day of sports today. Hockey playoffs, Phils, NBA playoffs.
If they sign Starkbaum, where are they at with number of contracts? - phillydentist

I think in Edmonton or Nashville he'd still be in the AHL for a period in order to adjust to NA hockey. He has a place on this team, too. I don't think anyone expects that Bryz will be here for the entirety of his contract. |

Bob McKenzie with some interesting insight on Pulock. Basically says he's all over the place with scouts. Could go as high as just outside the top 10 or could go early 2nd round. Cant say I agree with the latter scouts but still interesting.

Could very well be true, but like I said, there is at least a competition in those cities for the backup role.
He is in the AHL here no matter what |

Except if they're quietly advising his agent that they're planning to buy out Breeze, then he'll be competing for the starting role.

Interesting too that Nischuskin says during an interview that his contract was terminated by the KHL. Thats why he is saying he free to play in the NHL next season.

The uncertainty of the draft after the first couple of picks is what I find fascinating the most. Honestly, who really thought the Flyers would take Scott Laughton? I really thought the Flyers were trying to trade up and draft Tervanien, then the fan consensus was to take Maata. When Laughton was drafted, everyone was like who?
Now Laughton a year later appears primed to make the big club after a very good year in the Juniors. I believe the Flyers will be unpredicatable again in the first round. |

I thought he looked ready last season I know he didn't get any points but he played really well. |

I could see g pulling a briere. One 90 point season and a bunch of 70 to 80 point seasons. Under that scenario yeah I'd trade g to col For the #1 pick but would col would have to sweeten the pot. |

What's wrong with an 80 point Season? No way would I trade Giroux for the #1 pick. There would have to be a lot of sweetening.

Nothing wrong with 80 point season but if Philly did the trade and Took McKinnon per say and he put up same in points or close and we got maybe like a 2nd this year and col 1st next year and a prospect I'd bite. You're right col would have to sweeten the pot alot but I view g as a top talent but not an elite along the lines of stamkos or Crosby. |

2 shots on goal in the first period for the Kings, outshot 17-2. 2 SHOTS ON GOAL in a period by a pro team, and they're up 1-0

It's easy to say that when you look at the point totals, but hard to say then when you watch him play. He's so skilled, creative, and smart in his play. |

Why would anyone possibly do that? With the 11th pick in this draft you're talking adding BSchenn and some 2nd or 3rds to get into the top 3 pick area. |

I'm surprised but LA is getting throttled in this game. The entire game is pretty much being played in LA's end. |
