No, they're not. Hossa won't be bought out with the complaince buyout until after the 2013-14 season, he'll be back for one final year. Once they buyout Montador and Olesz and trade Bolland they have enough cap room to resign Bickell, if they want to at the price he'll get, or pass on him, but they'll also have enough room to resign Leddy and Kruger and make other signings. They do have some depth in the minors that can fill some spots. They're not in cap hell at all.

Sure do. If the Kings do make it to the finals and meet Boston, there's a couple players that scare the poop out of me. Chara will shutdown Kopitar, Carter, Richards, and/or whoever he matches up against. Lucic will hammer the poop out of Doughty, rendering him useless. They will protect their net and make sure nobody gets close to Rask. This is exactly the kind of team that the Kings do not want to face. Bar none, the Bruins are the poop!

Have you ever heard of John Mcdonough ? He is the Hawks President who is the brains behind the marketing campaign, that have Toews and Kane jerseys all over the United Center. Toews and Kane commercials all over the airwaves. Add the fact that Kane lived with GM Stan Bowman in his rookie year and Stan's kids love Kane, there is absolutely no way the Hawks will trade Kane. The only chance you'll see Kane trade place with anybody in Buffalo is when he's at Mickey Rats and Captain Kids this summer.

This is my opinion entirely but I strongly believe Kane will sign with the Sabres when he hits UFA in 2015. Will have been 8 great years with the Hawks and at least one cup, but I really think he wants to play for the Sabres at some point in his career.
