Pretty much a trend the last couple of playoff seasons. I firmly believe Capuano fed Disco his ass too, but the Isle ultimately wasn't talented enough. - madmike71

I don't agree with bylsma being outcoached, howler I still want a more defensively minded coach next year, the penguins first game they played well initially and they could have scored like 5 goals but were getting robbed by rask or hitting the post. The second game yes they laid an egg and the third game the bruins got a fluky first goal that was enough to get an overtime. The penguins also hit many posts that game. The team just isn't getting the bounces that are needed in the playoffs. - Genev21
I'm sorry Gene, but if you don't think Bylsma is being outcoached, then you need to stop smoking rocks hahaha

Players got frustrated by the post and Rask on games 1 and 2. They $hit the bed.
I'm already frustrated looking at our PP lines
1st PP unit: Letang, Malkin, Crosby, Neal & Kunitz
2nd PP unit: Niskanen, Iginla, Bennett, Dupuis & Morrow
I'd like to see Iggy's shot from the left circle....and maybe Martin replacing Letang. |

I have been chilling with torontos mayor a lot lately. But regardless of if bylsma is getting outcoached or not if they weren't hitting the post so often and got the puck in the net in that first game this is an entirely different series. |

Agree 100%. The Pens have significantly out hit the B's and look where that's got them. Count me in the group that doesn't want any of the rentals back, especially if Disco returns......which I think he will. - madmike71
It's obviously not working with Iggy and Morrow, so I can't see how they would be back. Any coach would love the opportunity to coach one of the best offensive teams in the league. I say bring over Tippett and Smith in the offseason. That Phoenix team has an awful offense, but they are somehow able to compete for the playoffs and win some big games |

Cooke is a very underated player. I really like his game. The guy has speed, forechecks, has an adequate stickhandling for a 3rd liner and can score occasionally.
Cooke, Orpik, Dupuis should be re-signed.
Morrow would be good for Glass' price. Iginla for anything less than $3M-3.5. Murray for sure. - Orpik44
Honestly I think Orpik is a pretty weak D man. Out side of big hits, he doesn't do a lot. He's not a shut down Dman, no shot, avg at puck movement, and terrible infront of the net. He failed in OT on the GW. Id only re sign him at a pretty big cut. |

You resign him for his leadership role on defense. If Martin leaves do you really expect Letang to be that leader on D, because I don't. |

No he's not the greatest defenseman, but he plays a solid game. |

I don't think he is bad. He's limited offensively but he's a leader and play a safe game. I definitely want to see him back. I bet he'd be a regular in any other team in the NHL. Pick any team. He'd start. |

Well up until 2 weeks ago I couldn't grow a playoff beard due to my job, but I started growing it for the bruins series and now they are down 3-0. I shaved yesterday as a sign of a new start. I will shave after every game now - drummer829
I shaved after game three.. That night!! lol
I was starting to look like a character from Sons of Anarchy. My wife hated it. |

He would def be a starter on other teams, but hes declining fast, injured a lot, and couldnt make the play when it counted. |

Can you imagine how Flyers fans feel about Timonen? Orpik has a good cap hit for what he brings to this team. To me he's a no brainer until he melts down completely during a season. The kind of character you want in your organization either on the ice or off the ice. I know you probably feel the same. Btw, where's Billy G?Does he shows up before games speaches?Big mistake if he doesn't. |

Just hire billy G and Gary Roberts as the new coaches. They'd pull a herb brooks and flip tables over in the locker room after poop games. Also it's not like Bylsma actually coaches, so it's perfect |

Id like to see Bylsma go before any major roster changes. Id give Letang and Fleury a shot under a new coach, see how they do. Its not like you can get much for MAF at this point anyway. Letang's value is dropping as well. |

I bet Billy G and G Rob could skate faster than Morrow and Iggy right now? Imagine all of those guys sharing the same lockeroom.. |
