Not sure, couldn't find it. It sounds like you were being accussed of trolling, just wondering what was said that was so bad. |

you laugh but it's true.
i know it sounds ludicrous but unless you've seen this kid play as much as the average ranger fan, you'll know that this kid WILL win the norris sooner rather than later and that the sky is literally the limit for him. i wouldn't trade him for weber or chara. - rangerdanger94
The beautiful Carolina Sky maybe. You might not for Chara or Weber but maybe for Murphy, a 1st and something or other |

Rags would probably trade Staal to CAR before they send McDonagh there. |

I'm sure you would.... but why would they give that up for a guy who is most likely going to sign with Carolina... |

thank you... some may consider me a troll when I come in and say "hemsky isn't getting you a 1st round pick" but I'm just responding to the blogger. feel free to debate I'm wrong. I've made some jokes at richards expense as well, but I'll also say he is entertaining and promotes discussion... almost as much as he loves cuddling with his Klefbom blowup doll. - ChrisMS
hemsky wont get us a first right now.
imo, I don't see us getting any sort of pick for him unless we agreed to eat some of the salary. i have an inkling its gonna be for a lesser talented, plugger, 3rd liner type to offset some salary.
best case it's a guy who actually fills a real need and we come out a better team along with moving an overpaid redundant hemsky.
fast forward to the trade deadline and his value goes up as his contract'll be up. at that point i think edm could get a very decent return for him. even including a first |

Yeah, I don't think that's it, but I have heard Oiler fans seriously suggest Belanger as a sweetener in a trade, Whitney's negotiating rights have value and Hemsky for a 1st and a top prospect. |

Well I think it's hilarious when fans of any team say "THEY WONT TRADE_______"...it's stupid. As if any player is so valueble that his GM wouldn't pull the trigger on a deal that gives them a better chance at championship glory. I don't care if it's McDonough,Eberle,Hall, All the Staal brothers,Stamkos or Crosby. Though some are less likely than others, and there are a few franchises (maybe more) that care more about marketing and ticket sales then Championships, but most want both equally. |

true... but there are some almost certainties. Crosby is one. Barring him requesting a trade are refusing to sign a contract extension that simply wont happen. Stamkos too.. . then again... how close was ovetchkin last season... |

Well 100% of the GM's in the league would make that trade every day of the week |

Unless it's a financial thing where a team is better off keeping the STAR player for marketing, merchandise and ticket sales then winning a cup, I don't even put Crosby on that list.Mid you, Pittisburg is making dough right now, whether they win a cup or not,and I would say that Crosby is the main draw there. |

if you take contracts into account and depending on what mcdonagh signs for; I think there might be a few gm's who'd stay away from webers contract in favour of ryan |
