his injuries are almost on par with Mezzy

Briere scored some big goals for the Flyers. He came to play when the games counted the most.

The problem with Briere is, when he's not scoring, he does little else. Small guy that is a defensive liability, and injured frequently.

By all accounts a good team guy, great in the room, very good mentor to younger players i.e. Giroux, Couturier.

I think Briere was a very good Flyer during his time here. I don't see any reason to knock the guy. Just my opinion.

So you think freinds of players are talking to the reporters, behind the scenes? Those people are still hearing it from somebody on the team, or who works for the team. There is still a chain of talk there. It still begins with someone that is paid by the team.
