I'm sure some of the smaller-draw concerts won't be there anymore, during the season, if they have to be vacant 41 NHL games a year. But you're right, there will definitely be a lot of turnover.

I think it's only fair seeing as how he didn't spend any money where they are now.

The fact that the scoreboard isn't going to basically be over one of the bluelines is odd and potentially distracting.

If fans are looking up at the scoreboard, then the action on the ice can't be too entertaining. I think the arena is going to be great. It may be a bit quirky in a few spots, but overall I think the fan experience and product on the ice at the Barclays will be great.

Lee, and maybe Petrov? Still would like to see what Poulin and Nilsson could do. If they were not in the picture I can see going very hard after Bernier.

islanderspointblank.com has a picture of the seating configuration. The left side of the picture looks like a terrible way to watch a hockey game. Glad I'll be watching on nhl center ice from here in Vancouver, at least I won't hurt my neck looking through the head of someone next to me while trying to see one end of the ice. wtf were they thinking?

I'm probably in the minority, but I think it looks kinda cool. Forgetting the obvious "no seats behind one net", there's not going to be a bad seat inside that place. It's going to be loud as hell in there.

We will only be playing in Brooklyn while they're renovating the coliseum no worries
