So me and Jr were out yesterday playing some baseball. Every time he drops the ball I joke around and say maybe ballet or dancing would be better for him. So the park we were at had a dance studio right across the street. Huge black and pink sign. Rather fitting. So I start chucking some pitches at him, my lame knuckleball was actually moving and he was having trouble with it and dropped it. So I started teasing him how we can just go across the street. He laughs it off and busts out:


"At least I'll be hanging around with girls in tights all day. What do you have? "


Brought a tear to my eye.

Only thing worth spit is the 2nd.

Which makes it a good deal for L.A. Bernier may end up being a top tier goalie and well worth the price. I am just not a big fan of trading high picks for unproven talent.

Kessel plays on 1st and 3rd lines.

Go. Jays.

The 2nd rounder is pretty high IMO. Bernier is unproven and going into the Toronto market, pretty high risk. Time will tell. It will either be a very good or very bad deal for the Leafs.
