If Jones is the two-way generational talent he's suspected to be, then I would think Florida would hop on that train simply for the value he'll have in a few years as a trade asset. It's been a returning point that good two-way dmen are one of the most valuable assets in the league.

I think I agree with you, but that post was a response to someone who though Jones might slip out of the top 3 and I was simply explaining why I don't think he would slip out of the top 3. But yes, I think Mackinnon should go first. You couldn't lose picking either of them, though.
