I heard same 2 years. Money was not disclosed to me. I'd believe it would be anywhere between 800K and 900K for starting AHL with possible call-up duties.

If the leafs want miller, its 21 and reilly. You don't trade elite goalies in the division, the price must skyrocket. Miller wouldnt sign anyway. Hes american and he wants to play wehere his wife can cook clean help him relieve stress

C) Vanek deal: would have to include extension. Zibanejad, Ceci, 1st is a fair price but not something Sens would do. Too much risk for return of a 29 year old.

The above is why you do not limit trading within your own division when you are in the situation the Sabres are regarding a rebuild.

Imagine that return for Vanek, assuming he extended with Ottawa.

I think Buffalo would have to include their 8th overall for Ottawa to make that deal, but it is very interesting.

Buffalo will never give up their 1st rounder unless its being used to move up in the draft. That is a fair price for vanek: top prospect, good prospect, 17th overall. We would probably take a bad contract.
