Meh, I don't see how vanek is an upgrade over loui. Not saying he's worse, just not worth dropping down 6 spots. Isn't Vaneks contract up after this year?

I need a youth winger for vanek... even if it is just a prospect.. we need young scoring wingers... we have Armia and that is it.

You need to read with understanding. I said he adapts to the players he has, was more defensive for some years, was offensive with the exciting transitional team he had when he had talent. I never said he was strictly a defensive coach.

I think he was always defnsive minded just back then he had a lot more firepower than he did the last few. We scored less relied more on miller and gets call a defensive coach. I still dont knwo if Darcy ever really drafted players Lindy wanted or not

I am of the mindset now - like many on here - that we will stay at #8, and move up from #16.

I hope I'm wrong, and that Nashville really wants Vanek, and they offer the #4.
