Can you stop pulling Gardiner into your blogs he is more untouchable then any of the oilers, and has proven more then any of young oilers defence - shill-17
judging by this horrendous grammar, and the dumb point that goes with it, I'm going to assume this guy's 11 |

By playing 7 games? - Oilers4Life14
Oh I guess no prospects/young players can shown potential to be good players because they haven't played in the NHL |

I love how you say "your" like I've ever posted anything about Klefbom.
You've already established that you know nothing. Please leave. |

What do you mean by young? Smid and Petry are 27 and 25 respectively and have proven a lot more than 22 year old jake. Justin is the same age and has proven arguably as much. I can't speak for who's untouchable on the leafs, and neither can you. |

Gardiner's potential is through the roof and despite how you Oiler fans feel about Gagner, it'll take more than that to get him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not A Chance!! |
|
|
|
Well, note that I used the word potential and you used the word ability. You naughty boy, putting words in my mouth.
I think Gardiner could very easily become a top 4 defender and I think Gagner could very easily score over 50 points. I don't see what's too controversial about that.
Again, if there's any chance that Gagner could become a consistent 50+ point player, having shown gamebreaking ability at a relatively young age, why would we trade him for peanuts because everyone considers him to be a guy who will NEVER hit 50 points? - Morris
Yeah gagner probably will hit 50 points it's just that you can't say he is a 50 point player, anyway its probably a fair deal, but I would rather have a potential top 4 d man who can move the puck, then a small top 6 center |

I never said he is a 50 point player, and never will until the time he reaches it (if he does).
My belief is that the Oilers organization thinks he can be a 50+ point player, and I also believe that's not unreasonable given what he's shown.
My contention was that if the rest of the GMs consider him a guy who's peaked and will never reach 50 points, how could they in good conscience trade him for whatever kind of player that would fetch? |

Gagner is better than Nuge... - Oilers4Life14
When Gagner puts up consistent seasons, then we can all properly evaluate him.
He had 1 good season since he's been in the league so we all need to stop talking as if the guy is amongst the top players in the league.
Can he put up the same numbers next season, possibly but i'm not totally convinced. And so many players, once they get a brand new contract worth millions, they disappear so that's another reason i'm not completely sold on Gagner.
Agree or disagree but 1 yr doesn't make you a stud!!! |

Yet Klefbom is like Jesus to you oilers fans and he has never even stepped foot in the NHL but yeah keep acting like the leafs would be privileged for you to take Gardnier off there hands, there is a reason why Richard bring him up aloof in his blogs... Because Gardnier is good - 6Karlsson5
CLOUTIER.
Klefbom is our top d prospect but Cloutier is the only one who treats him like that. Cloutier doesn't speak for anyone but himself. |

Getting some more 1st overall picks may be a good idea, because then you guys might make the playoffs lol |
