chia waiting for an offer sheet from the isles before they sign rask?
sign the (frank)er already
just let a guy who can play a solid 30 games as a backup go...not liking that one bit

- Toad in Nj

Oh, are you starting to realize that Chiarelli may be (frank)ing up here?

Addition by subtraction.

Guy is revisiting Ryder and likely Jagr too ... Wreaks of desperation.

Can't wait to see what some of you say when Chiarelli fills the roster with junk, promotes Svedberg to full-time backup, and says he feels that he's icing a strong team.

Out: Seguin, Peverley, Horton, Ference, Khudobin, Jagr, Daugavins

In: Eriksson and 3 guys who may or may not ever be regular NHL players, but aren't yet.

Where the (frank) is Rask's extension??? Offer sheet time???

you will be sucking loui's balls by november
not happy about letting borat go
sign rask, get it done...it will get done but why the wait and leave any opening for an offer sheet
philthy and toronto were the 2 teams that I worried about the most...both are pretty much out of that

I like Eriksson, but not at the price he came at.

That is the point.

they got out from the peverley $$, they got a great player back
if they think seguin is going to be a #1 center this year i think they are sadly
mistaken..who knows how bad the hip actually is, we don't
can he get there, maybe...it's going to take some time for him to be a center

erikkson isn't 34

ferrence had to go, too old, too expensive
daug, who gives a poop
jagr, we shall see, i'd rather not have him back
borat, don't understand why he is gone, if he got 2mil i could see it...he didn't

Jesus, zero risk of losing Rask. Someone offersheets, we match. It's not like someone is going to offer him $9M.

Horton didn't want to come back, good riddance. Jagr stunk, Pevs stunk worse. Eriksson for Seguin is an upgrade at the moment.

Tried to get Alfie, wanted to play in Swedenville, Clarkson got WAY too much term/$ for a 40 pt guy. No problems whatsoever with PC so far.

Yeah, but all the available talented replacements are being scooped up by other teams while Chiarelli does (frank)ing NADA ...

Pretty widely reported he tried to get Alfie. Everyone else has gotten poop terms and $, I'd rather he didn't go stupid for the sake of making a splash. Rarely works out well.

If he's keen on taking a bad contract, I'd rather he trade for someone with 1 year left (Hemsky) than be locked into one for 7 years.

just khudobin at this point
- Toad in Nj

Khudobin and the lack of replacements for everyone else, including Khudobin.

Wait until the free agent stuff is over, and we have to give up assets to replace the departed ... We're thin enough as it is already.

not extremely concerned but there are some holes...

borat should have been resigned. i'm ok with seguin deal, not over excited.

there needs to be formal evaluation on some of these borderline players in providence.

i'm not sure what's going to happen but they've got 2-3 NHL roster spots to fill

Had a great season, poop the bed majorly in the playoffs.

Not so sure ... I think he'd benefit greatly from another year in the "A"

it's not a 48 game season coming up..if and when they sign rask and pickup a backup..they can get a wing later on if need be
if they pick up boyes/ryder for a smart # then fine
if not...be patient, try some kids, including the new guys from dallas

hendricks is the only one for a somewhat reasonable # that would be a good bruin
everyone else is so over priced it's not even funny
