Nice view every time I see her. Mmmmmm......I kinda like this one. Time to settle down and pump out some Czech/Irish-Romanian little racist hockeyplayers.

Back in Hawaii ... Summer vacation (frank)ing flew by.

Will probably be re-locating back east sometime here in the next couple/few years. Getting a little sick of the traffic and bullpoop out here.

Nuru's good, though

World-class traffic. Every (frank)ing day. Ask Busher ... He's been stuck in it

Where I live, which is on the north shore and as far away from Honolulu as you can get, it's gotten so bad that I hardly even go anywhere on the weekends. One road in, one road out.

LA and Honolulu are ranked #1 and #2, respectively, in the category of worst traffic in the country.

All of Hawaii is touristy ... And it's been getting more and more crowded the past few years. You know how the New England and Jersey shores are on any given weekend in the summer? It's like that year-round out here now. I'm ready to start shooting

My job originally brought us out here (I was a surfing photographer for 12 years) , but I moved on into a sales job a few years' back, and I also work a 20-hour position as a services coordinator at the elementary school where my wife teaches.

You can imagine how hard the sales job is battling traffic all day, everyday. Between the two jobs, I work no less than 70 hours a week out here ... And I'll never be able to buy a house as they start in the upper $800K's for a complete tear-down with no land.

(frank) that.

I know winter sucks, but at least I'd be able to buy a nice house, manage the one I already own there, and become a season ticket holder to the P-Bruins again. It's been a great 8 years, and I'm happy to have been able to do it, but I'm ready for change.

understood
i deal with north jersey (the nj that people think of when they think of nj) traffic..luckily most of the time I make my own hours for appointments unless we have a meeting
if i was 9-5..no way I would make the commute every day from where i live..bout 55 miles

it's nice where i am, 5 miles from the beach now...was a few blocks away
like you say, the summer sucked while living closer, non stop traffic
spring and especially fall are my favorite
all the bumholes are off the beach, i can go fishing whenever, etc.

nj is way over priced, for everything...and it just gets more and more crowded
$90-100k and you are almost month to month if you want to have any semblance of a life style

hawaii looks awesome but i have zero tolerance for touristy poop so i will probably never go
sick places in central america that next to nobody goes to and i love it there...MUCH cheaper too
if you ever want to get away and do nothing but drink and fish i have the perfect place for you...caye caulker belize...been there 4 times now
you can spend $30 a night or $175...all depends on what you want
fishing is sick

Remember that job I turned down in New Orleans 2 years ago.

Their 2nd choice took the position. They fired her today and called to see if I was interested.

Hmmmm.....White boy from Boston in New Orleans....no hockey.....but I currently hate my job and this one is 6 figures. Hmmmmmm

Well having the Coyotes is almost like having no hockey

How long is the contract? Don't think I could handle being in boogietown for more than a year or two, tops.

Sounds tempting, but like Toad, I need the ocean near me. And I'm all set with 100-degree + weather all the time.

Jesus, man ... How does a guy who lives by the ocean get through life without learning how to swim?

You would hate some of the situations I willingly put myself in

It aint easy. I grew up about 15 minutes from the ocean for almost 30 years and now live in the landlocked prairie. Takes a lot of getting used to.
