I can get onboard with Columbus in Rd. 1 ... Especially if it's over the Wings.

Don't really want any part of the Wings ...

Relax and smile. It's a joke, Toady

I play him in the last game of the season so he's not going into the playoffs "cold" … Other than that, he's off from this moment on. Remember how gassed he looked in the playoffs last year? I'd like to avoid a repeat of that.

agree 100% and 0 seidenberg this year too

Gotta beat everyone anyways, but I'd rather see Columbus too. Not that I don't think we can beat the Wings, but I think CBJ is a better match up by a long shot.

neither is a great match up, the wings are a far worse one though
i would much rather play ny, philthy, pitt, or tampa than columbus or detroit

I hope we play the 8th seed with home ice advantage.

Nah I'd take Columbus if pressed. It's (frank)in Columbus after all.

you barely get electricity and running water over there, I am sure you have seen them extensively
philthy is my top choice, poop d, suspect in net

whether we play and beat columbus or not, it's a moot point..they have 5 or 6 solid d, very good goaltending, young and talented up front, work very hard and play a structured game
they are not to be taken lightly just because they are "columbus"

I like their team, but they're not any better than Philly or Detroit, and they're a better match up for the B's

Nobody is taking ANYBODY lightly, that's the point. It's not that whoever we face sucks, it's that anyone they face is solid. Toronto's D sucked balls last year too, meaningless unless you play well.

B's should be ready, fortunate with injuries mostly, best team, tons of experience, solid in goal. Play good and win.

I'm a little worried about Nash playing off the charts but it's still Columbus.

Exactly!

No team is a first round bye to the second round but I think that Columbus, not having all of the experience in the world is a good match up for us. That being said its on the Bruins to force the issue and play them like they would anybody else and not (frank) around.

Chris Kelly unlikely to play the last two games of the regular season. Julien still optimistic for him for playoffs.

" but Bergeron is the real story. He’s blossomed offensively now that he doesn’t have to play defensive babysitter with Seguin on his line, and has a couple of capable two-way performers on his line in Marchand and Reilly Smith."
