I know this, someone mentioned Backstrom and I said that adding him would help Vanek. If he was available there would be no reason to trade for Backstrom if Vanek isn't there IMO.

Agreed 100%. I think if Vanek actually had a true playmaking center he would be a 45-50 goal scorer.

I can't believe I read 24 pages of posts here. Miller IMO if he is traded will be part of a package deal. It won't be him for player x and pick x. I think it would be more Miller and player Y and pick y for something like player x prospect x and pick x

I could see something like Miller Sekera and the 16th pick with buffalo taking on half of his salary for Coutierer and the 11th. I really doubt Philly would want to move him but they are going to need a goalie especially if Luongo to the Islanders happens.

Fact is nobody here has any real idea of what other GMs think Millers value and worth is. I doubt it's as high as Garth thinks it is but he will be get more than what LA got for Bernier.

I also can't believe there was about 10 pages of debating what team is worse Edmonton or Buffalo. But that's why sports and this website are entertaining.
