Gags (if he signs)
Horcoff (if he's not bought out or traded)
Belanger (yuck, but maybe our 2C, like it or not)
Lander (more potential than Crosby, Malkin and Stamkos combined, but sucks in the NHL)
Arcobello (AHL 1C who played in two periods of Oil hockey before getting benched (how bad do you need to bo to get benched by the Oil?)

he didn't have a stellar rookie campaign either.

hall will be a 4th year 22 year old.

i think his age and experience had as much to do with it as anything. he hadn't even proven to be of star quality for 1 full season at that point. more like 40 or 50 games.

Point is u can draft a guy who can become as good as Couture anywhere in the draft but you have a pretty good chance with the 7th pick

it's far from a sure thing theyd take it anyway. i really don't know.

I have favourite players all over the NHL despite Philly being my team since 1967. I had a chance at a pro career with the Rangers in 1970 but chose a career that paid more at that time and it turned out to be the right choice as I retired early and played beer hockey till 60 with guys half my age. You show some respect and you will get some back.

They have depth at Center but two of them are aging. Couture/Pavelski is the future #1/2 of the team. Its harder to find centers versus wingers.
