Have you been posting under the name Steinley lately cause you have about the same hockey sense as he does
- Ihatebrianburke

Nope. I only post as Pilgor09 cause I'm a (frank)ing Allstar ya know.

Whoever suggested trading Eberle should be shot. What is wrong with some of you people?? You get a superstar like Eberle and despite his size is a truly gifted player that his name should never be mentioned in trade talks.

I would rather consider trading the injury prone Nuge and his namesake post the Nuge is Huge can be packaged up with him.

- flyerdude17

I would trade Ebs for a #1 Dman.

I would trade Nuge for a #1 Center.

I'd keep them too

But seriously, Ebs is a bonus, Yak is the shizzle

A good second line winger (Ebs), probable 2nd line centre in the 7th, and a useless pick in the 2nd for the Oilers cause we can't draft well outside first overall.
- Pilgor09

Eberle is a first line winger on every team in the league but not the Oilers? and a "probable" 2nd line center is a good pick, and no such thing as a useless 2nd rounder if you dont believe me look at the Bruins roster.

Edm fans. We strive for mediocrity because we wear rose coloured glasses!

(frank)ing all star lineup according to the fan base that can't finish top 8 in the west.

- Pilgor09

Ya. Just imagine how good we'd be if dumped Paajarvi, Gagner, Eberle in favor of Omark....

thornton and marleau are still good, but couture is the man. walked all over Vancouver singlehandedly
- hugefemale dog77

No man, Eberle whose never played a (frank)ing playoff game in his entire career is the man!

Seriously, I don't think he even made a playoff game in the W.

on the cup winning team. And he's proven he can't handle 25+ games, how can he be a #1?

Dubey just had a .921 on the 2nd worst defensive team in the league!! If his name was Ryan Miller he'd be an elite goalie for (frank) sakes

- TheNugeIsHuge

Dubey thrives on seeing lots of shots. Cut those shots in half and he is less effective. I don't think you realize how valuable Emery was to the Hawks on the ice and off. He has a real solid demeanor and is now a dedicated pro. He has also adjusted his game from being a gifted side to side goalie and is now a real pro at being a stand up goalie that plays the angles to perfection and he does not give up rebounds like Dubnyk. If Dubey could cut down his rebounds he would probably get a dozens shots less each game. Emery is likely to end up in Philly anyway as they would like to get him back. He is even being considered by the Islanders if Luongo gets away.

Ebs was 6th in RW scoring last year, and 10th in RW scoring this year. He'd have to be on some stacked team to be a second line winger buddy

Prv won't even be on the opening day roster if Eakins is head coach. He likes competitors. Not pre pubescent girls.

You must not watch the Oilers. Eberle is a ghost 4 out of 5 games.

I'm saying the second is useless to Edm because we take duds like Pitlick, Moroz, Chorney, Musil, and the list is literally endless.

I think the reason Dubey gets peppered with shots is that Jeff Petry is EDM's #1D. Not his rebound control.

PHI can take Emery. Emery-Mason combo can take them back to PHI-2007 good

Eberle is a first line winger on most teams. 7 th pick could be a number 1-2 defencemen or a possibly 1-2 center or winger. And a second that we are due to find a gem sometime. So I would not ever consider that trade.

Yeah the sharks would laugh because Couture is X2 the player Ebs is.

Not even close. He's the best player on SJ. Watch a game maybe?
