I get a vague feeling that the Winter/Bryz comments may also a bit of CYA for Reese. Perhaps he was complaining internally to Lavvy about screening the goalie and saying they should block less shots, and Bryz picked that up and ran with it. Its never good to admit that your boss is tuning you out, but I get a vibe of "if only they would have listened to me" from it.
