So okay, the Flyers decide to somehow sidestep the salary cap and sign Pietrangelo and give up the 1st round picks in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
The Flyers trade their 2013 1st, Read, and Coburn to separate teams for...what exactly?. How are the recouping 3 of those 4 (really 5 since you're trading the 2013 1st rounder) 1st round picks? I'm missing something here.

You can trade 11th overall pick for a late first rounder this year and maybe one in 2016. Trade Coburn and Read for another 1st rounder in 2014 and maybe a 2nd rounder in another year.

If the Flyers trade Coburn, Mez and Read along with moving Pronger to LTIR, they should have enough cap space. Obviously more space will open up next offseason when Kimmo retires and Pietrangelo cap hit will come down considerably.

I just looked around a bit. The stats vary depending on who wrote the article. (Liberal vs Conservative). Most of them said that hispanics have become more dependent on welfare over the past 10 years. Blacks have become less dependent and whites have pretty much stayed the same.

I believe your point is somewhat valid, but it is certainly more difficult for non-whites to get jobs than whites.

I don't agree with his Agents tactics here. He's obviously trying to stand up for his client. I don't see what that will do for him. There's better things to be said. But with the exception of shots blocked, he does have a point about the Flyers defense. But that doesn't excuse that Bryzgalov just didn't play well enough consistently. He has to accept responsibility for that.

On Bryz and Winter. While the decision was right to buy him out, I think there was some truth behind what was said. Bryz did suffer because of the system. And I was saying a long time ago Reece and Bryz just didn't get along, and Lavi refused to adjust his system to fit Bryz's style of play.

You can say what you want about Bryz, but look at Lindy Ruff. He would change the system he played depending on his team. Bryz was signed for 9 years, it would have behooved the Flyers to adjust thier game to match his style.

I'm going to give Reece one last chance with Mason... then I'll call for his head.

Look, I dont want to be a bad guy, but racism is not just white people hating everyone non-white. I'm getting tired of this. As long as people use racism as an excuse, racism will still exist. I would say in this day and age white people have more hate directed toward them then just about any other race... And you know why... because we allow it. We feel the need to apologize for what our grandparents and great-great grandparents did. Then there are people like Jessie Jackson who make money by push a race-hate agenda. The only way to limit racism is for the country to not make any special interest regarding race. No affirmative action, no grants based on race. No race indicators on any application to anything. No governement support to origanizations set up to aid specific races. Once you address the idea race doesnt matter, and cant be used for or against anyone will racism start to go away.
