I was home for the holidays but never made time for a game. I'm kicking myself now. |

For some reason it reminds me when Halifax hosted the world juniors and my hometown(SYdney) hosted the pool B games. Saw ovechkin play against Slovakia and saw all of team Russia in RadioShack buying all the AA batteries. I was like wtf |

I looked at the package for next years tourney in Montreal and Toronto....looked like a cash grab, but might look at it...more appeal to me to go outside Canada to watch this tourney |

Would love to go see it in Europe, atmosphere seems pretty wild in some of those rinks. |

Guy I worked with last year is at the tourney right now. He went when it was in Edmonton too and said the overall cost between the two weren't that much different and that includes flying from Edmonton to Sweden as opposed to driving from Kilam to Edmonton.

Wiki says Toronto and Montreal again in 2017. Hope that's not right. |

I saw that too, but I can't see it being out east twice in a row...has to be out west..
Edmonton and Calgary...or Vancouver |

I read before that the only problem with Vancouver-Victoria is that it's so far to travel for the euro teams. It would be a great place to have it though. |

looks like jared knight still has hockey aids.
camara neutered? 25pims??? - salvadorsanchez
Knight seems to be in Cassidy's doghouse for some reason. He sees very limited ice time. I know Sweeney said that they were taking it slow with him this season after missing almost all of last season with injury, but there's something else up. He's lucky to see 10 minutes a night, gets hardly any critical minutes (power play), and has been left off the shootout squad even though he excels there. It's weird. Cassidy is playing ECHL replacement players over Knight... There's rumblings that Cassidy isn't good with the forwards in general and he focuses more on the defense. Who knows.
Camara isn't "neutered" as much as he is reigned it, which is a good thing. He is playing a much more disciplined game, which he needs to because the way he was playing wasn't going to fly in professional hockey. He just needs to learn how to be more productive without murdering people ... And he's had some trouble adjusting to the speed of the AHL from Junior. Tough to put a prediction on him right now, but he's looking more of a longer-term project for the Bruins. |

if cassidy isn't good with forwards how can the people who are saying it explain every forward coming up playing well positionally, not being out of place..and overall looking very good |

I don't know. I'm just repeating what I'm reading elsewhere from people closer (supposedly) to the team and situation. |
