But, but, but ... He's changed !!!!

(frank)ing dirtbag. This should be 5 and an suspension. Doesn't get much more blatant.

Jesus ... When I typed the response, I was thinking Cooke in my head

Been home all day with a fever. Don't mind me

Neal is just as big of a dirtbag though ... And that crosscheck to the head deserved 5, the game, and a suspension.

Would not be surprised if this was looked at by Shanahan ...

Thought Ranger turned last second there ... Almost after Killorn had already made the initial contact with him.

Not much Killorn could have done at that point.

Nasty - no injury, no suspension, not surprised. Neal is a greasy wiener.

Yeah..have to disagree...I thought Ranger had his back to Killorn all the way and whether he turned or not I think is moot...this stuff has been going on too long and you know why it is still happening? Because hitters don't get penalized enough for it...

People were blaming Bergy for the Jones hit...have always disagreed with blaming the victim and even though he might be partly to blame ( not much tho) I think the onus is still on Killorn to be mindful he is looking at the numbers...

Some guy on TSN was saying he should have let up because there was only 4 seconds left in period....that is dumb..tons can happen in 4 seconds behind the net...Coach would have been all over him if he let up..

Anyway I'm getting tired of seeing stuff like this...

He always has been inconsistent but I couldn't believe he didn't get games for that...

To me, it looked like Killorn was playing the body there and he anticipated Ranger continuing on the course that he was on. Instead, Ranger made a very sharp and abrupt turn that Killorn could not have anticipated since his head was up and focused on playing the man instead of the puck the whole time Very awkward sequence from Ranger here:

Not blaming the victim at all here, and I'm tired of seeing this stuff too. I'm more sympathizing with the offender in this instance because at the speed that this happened, it seemed to me that Killorn's intent was to ride Ranger into the boards shoulder-on-shoulder ... Having his eyes focused on Ranger the whole time instead of the puck, he wouldn't have anticipated the sharp last-second change in direction by Ranger that put him right in the impact zone of the hit. No way Killorn could have let up any there IMO ... The change in direction by Ranger came too late.

Unfortunate incident and glad Ranger is ok.

Yeah that's a tough one, he does have numbers the whole way, but when Ranger turns back the other way it's just reactionary to close him off. Both to blame IMO.

I'll admit it. I succumbed to watching march madness out of boredom. Lasted 5 minutes, absolutely unwatchable. How it is so popular is honestly a complete mystery. And I loved it 25 years ago.
