I'm usually hard on Marchand but his antics aren't near what Neal has been up to in his time in Pittsburgh. Neal is legit trying to injure people because he knows that being a star player will dull the brunt of any disciplinary action.

Rats antics at the start of the season were more to the tune of a guy overstepping the boundaries of the type of game the team expects from him with his agitating capabilities. The brass came down on him and it seems to have gotten the message knowing how gravy of a gig he has playing with Bergeron and seeing what happened to his BFF last summer.

Neal is on a much more malicious level. A Cooke level.
