Agreed!! Hopefully in all of Homers wheeling and dealing he doesn't try to trade Bill today(although, for #5 pick it could be worth it).

Hehe. Might be a gamble with him and Mason, but keep in mind that the Isles with Nabokov in net actually made the playoffs - as opposed to us.

Also, he will come cheap and I think as a person he could be a good mentor.

I am not opposed to it.

I'd trade Bill for the 5th overall. That's a good hockey trade.

EDIT: maybe EDM is more interested in a 7th overall and J.Schultz for Bill and Coburn swap. Plus, Cloutier is a goof.

I will be fine with Zadorov or Risto at 11, but where there's smoke, there's fire and there have been too many mentions of Coburn in trade possibilities.

Would normally seem absurd if we weren't talking about Homer and Snider.

Coburn for the 5th is a no-brainer for me. You deal with the hole on D for another year, while making cap room and drafting what amounts to a can't miss stud, while keeping your 11th (this season be damned if we can actually get Nichuskin or Barkov)
