For a once in a lifetime draft, I think they could have done a lot better with the picks that they had.
We shall see in the next five years. |

No, but I think Ryan Pulock is more polished and is 1-2 years out compared to Morin who is 3-5. - jmatchett383
That's all based on potential. Nobody really knows. Two years from now both players development can change. We don't know how either will play at the NHL level.

m satisfied with our first 2 picks, what can we expect? cant wait to see them in 3 years, hagg said he will stay with modo 2 more years, morin is going to move into prongers house for insanity/p90 training for the summer, maybe we can do a skelteton key type thing and swith prongers soul/brain with morins body - mydoglicks
Meh morin doesn't need that, he needs the olde city drinking crew's nutritional plan... Wonder if hartsy still remembers it. |

Eh I hope so seemed like he talked to Edmonton all day...He has to do something we need a backup/starter in net, need some forward depth as well. Thats one thing a lot of people forget in the last two season flyers have lost Jagr, JVR, and Briere. None of the mentioned have been replaced and they just drafted two d-men who are a few years away. Not complaining about the picks just saying there is some scoring depth that needs to be addressed. - flyerfan28
More concerned about the defense than scoring. |

Z2 - Cousins - Z1 even better - moylander
I concur
lineup however many years down the road:
Hartsy - G - Jake
BS - Coots - Simmer
??? - Laughton - Talbot
Z1 - Cousins - Z2
Hagg - Morin
LS - Gus
Alt - Ghost
Mason
???
Those are all the pieces we have at this moment and to be honest, depending on how well our guys reach their projected ceilings I really like that roster.

I would rather see a year from now when the first round reanalyzed and see who rises and falls. I find that more useful. |

Agreed. But hard to do that since a majority of first round picks won't play in the NHL in the first year. |
