The off season is just beginning. I like the Streit pickup and can live with Morin and I'm sure a lot more is going to happen, I just don't understand why the 3rd rd pick.

Okay, so now that I've taken a long relaxing shat and am not getting constant texts:

Morin - sort of a high risk high reward. Could be Chris Pronger, could be Matt Carkner. Hopefully Pronger can work with him and help him with his game at prospect camp.

Haggue - great pick up. As long as he wants to play in NA, should be a solid top-4.

3rd rounder guy - no

5th round guy - nice school???

6th round guy - the late round goalie selection. Hopefully gets some playing time over the next 2 years at Harvard.

7th round guy - who knows?

I know they were going for defensive depth, and if they can get 2 guys who play in the top 4 in 4 years, it's a good draft. Nothing spectacular, and I question 2 of the picks, but I feared worse, so a solid C+/B- draft.

I think they did a nice job they say morin is developing better everytime they seen him plus he's only 17 he could be a stud in a few years and hagg was a steal
