Seeing as Carolina's asking price is a top-4 dman and a 1st round pick I don't see why we'd have to add anything to our deal.

With the premium on mobile defensemen in the NHL, Coburn plus the 11th should be more than enough for the 5th pick, I would want Carolina's 2nd round pick too and would be willing to give up our 3rd rounder if necessary.
