Don't worry the sabres will have scoring with Grigenson who had 6 goals in the AHL last year in 61 games and the amazingly high scoring Larrson who had 4 goals last year in 33 games, these guys are so skilled that the other AHL teams are just shaking in their boots.

If size is so important how come the best player of all time Gretzky was 160lbs and around 5'11-6' and currently guys like Pat Kane are scoring cup winning goals and he is smaller than an 8th grader. BIG means nothing at all unless that big guy is going to play big and have top skills...Myers is HUGE but plays like a 5th grade girl.

On a team with Gerbe, Ennis, Hodgson, Leino...and Stafford (who plays like a little kid) all being prominent forwards I think getting size is very important. We have enough small fast finesse guys.

why are fans so upset....we need forwards now...Who do we get at 8 or 16th that will play now? NO ONE.....

Defence is more important. Defence takes longer to develop. I think These two guys make a bigger impact then any other player available.

When the sabres finish last next year thenn take a forward or trade 1st for forwards.
