Philly.com says the deal will be for eight years, $66 million and will be finalized "within a day or two." Other reports also say the contract will be worth more than $8 million annually.
What did I say? $8.25M per year...what's the plan to all the RFAs? |

You do realize there are reported forecasts the cap could go up as much as $6 million after next season. Hence, the reason your team has a comfort level having 3 players signed over $7 million. |

Don't feed the troll -- he's convinced himself that the Flyers having one player making over $5.25 million next year is the same as the Penguins having three guys making more than $7.25 million.
