Would people really give up 4 1st rd picks for AP? Looking at the Flyers 1st rd picks it would be like trading:

That's just crazy talk even though those picks are spread out over 4 years therefor their impact would be down the road. Vikings destroyed their organization and created a dynasty in Dallas with trading their picks for Herschel Walker.

While it is possible they talked to the same source, it's suspect to say the least. Especially since Sam was responding with the wrong information in the first place. An injured player can be traded if the other team knows and is ok with it. Go through the guy Rich's "follows". He also posted the same story about Emery shortly after DLeed did on Friday. Not surprisingly he follows Dustin. Just saying.

Haha, I hear you dude. It cracks me up though because I just think this guy is another wanna be insider who steals bits and pieces of info from other sources and makes up his own spin on it. It's actually not all that complicated.

They were the first of the big 4 (well, 3 really, Sixers don't count) to win a championship in my lifetime. As much as I loved being at the game today, I'd be cool letting Hamels/Howard/Rollins/Utley/Ruiz retire as Phillies no matter how bad they get, because those guys got me one.

The Phillies are so.... depressing. I've been saying for the past 2 yrs now that they should rebuild. Utley, Lee, Hamels, Papelbon etc etc could net some good returns.
