There isn't even a rumour of what team would take on Meszaros. This scares Dingo
- dingo8urbaby

Colorado, Calgary, NY Islanders, Florida, Edmonton, Buffalo, NJ should all be teams that have the cap to take a low risk chance on a 1 year contract like Mezaros's

Great games, all, though if I could throw out a handful of additional suggestions to add to that, I'd point people to Final Fantasy VI and VII, Persona 3 and 4, Oblivion, Chrono Trigger, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and Mega Man 2, 3, and 4.
- dilbert719

Never played Persona, but otherwise very yes.

the problem is some of these teams have internal budgets,
Mez's salary is 5.5M this year, real money that some cap floor teams might not want to spend

Forgot about Mega Man. And Metroid before it got stupid.
- Flyersgod

Mega Man 2 and 3 are amazing. My favorite Castlevania was Castelvania III Dracula's Curse.

It does suck, but it's also BS. Cam Neeley and Pavel Bure are in, both had short careers and never won the Stanley Cup.

I'm ecstatic for Shero, long overdue, but Lindros should be in, as well.

- Jsaquella

A friend was trying to argue Lindros didn't belong in the HHOF. I didn't say whether I believed if he did or didn't, but I created this as a way to show him his case had no legs. Needless to say, it shut him up. And yes, I believe Lindros belongs in the HHOF and I wasn't even a big Lindros fan. He was my 3rd favorite member of the Legion of Doom.

Edit: And more importantly, both passed the "eye test" which is the most important judge as to if they belong IMO. They both had that "it factor"

I personally think there is more bipartisanship now than ever before.

I think Lindros was/is more deserving than both Neeley and Bure, though.
- Jsaquella

IMO Lindros is more deserving then Shanahan...but anyways.

Ice Hockey was where you could either have the skinny, medium, or fat guys. The fights were full 5-on-5s where you tried to push people out of the scrum.

I still like Blades of Steel, where the loser of the fight was penalized, and play resumed the second the fight was over

Not NES, but I liked Mutant League hockey. Clunk (Clarke) skating all over the place with a chainsaw in his hand always made me smile. I don't think I ever won a game by outscoring the other team.

True but I believe we can eat up to half of his real salary.
