Depends on the size of the squirrel really, without getting to in depth I usually like the smaller ones that are a bit more tender. If you want a good meal I would "Shoot" for two a man.
Boil them and merinade them over night before you slow grill or smoke them and it will turn out fantastic!

Edm is going to be a power house. This coming season will be the begining proof of that. Even if they fall short of the playoffs again. I like the gm and coach they now have.
