I don't think he comes back, but I'd love it if he came back. Had a really bad last season thanks to a 3.3 SH% which is horrid. Shooting at his career ave. he'd have had 7 goals for 19P in 34GP. That's great for a third liner. I think he finds his groove in EDM n they could have him for a steal for 1 season.

Although I think it is a long shot, but if he can stay healthy, not take stupid penalties, the dude is a monster with crazy speed. Should be able to give the other team fits in a 4th line checking role.

I'll take Penner 1,000 times out of 10 over Jones. Work ethic is useless if you suck. Penner helps EDM with depth and size. Good possession player. Apparently EDM will keep Hemmer if the right deal isn't there. Hemmer was great with Penner.
