I honestly don't know if they were lucky. They did play in one of the top 2 divisions last year so, I am not sure about luck.

I guess I just see a lot of question marks. Lupul? Kadri? Gardiner? Reimer?

MacArthur and Grabo were not real bad losses IMO. Frattin was more difficult to give up, but I liked that trade.

I'm (obviously) a big fan of stats. TO had a high SH% which is unsustainable, ask Eberle . Kadri played some soft minutes so he overproduced, like Nuge last year, but he'll adjust in his next few years.

I think, like EDM, TO just really needs to address D depth. Holzer, O'Byrne, n Liles shouldn't be on the roster. N bozak sucks. I saw a chart where it shows that kessel plays a lot better without him.

Reimer's a great goalie. last time he had a good season he followed it up with a sh*t season, but experience and bernier'll help that

And by the way, I do have a source who knows what went down at the draft in discussions between the Oilers & Canucks - his name is Dreger who I grew up with & went to school with, who I also keep in touch with on a regular basis & I get a hell of a lot more information than you will ever get.
