To be honest, as a person without kids, if I'm going to a social event with people I talk to every day, but never see, I don't want to sensor myself around other's kids. Now I would never say you were a bad parent because my parents took me almost everywhere.. As long as you know that there might be cursing and foul behavior and your okay with it..... eh.

I agree. I keep my kid away from those situations. If I thought someone was getting out of hand I remove my kid. Cursing has never been an issue for me. I have a sooner or later kind of attitude. Pregame should be PG13. After the game is on me.

However, inviting women who's only contribution to the day is to dress/undress provocatively, drink our alcohol and eat our food is over the line. Especially when you didn't know who they were, they had no affiliation to hold accountable and they could bring whoever they wanted to what was effectively a confined tailgate.

Will I take my kid to a pregame tailgate? Of course. Will I take my 11 yr old to Wing Bowl? Absolutely not.

Edit: of course my kid will be 16 this month and he can handle himself at this point.

Got you. I wasn't aware it was a pre-game situation. I remember a few of us were planning a beer-gate about a year ago where we all meet up and drink some beer and make fun of each other. So I was thinking, probally not the best for a kid.... But a pre-game, with strippers... a little wierd. Not that I have a probelm with strippers.

First there was a heated discussion on the thread where he eventually called me a racist and reported me.

But it was over whether Buzzgate2 would be a hard R or PG-13 and how many "celebrity guests" he was planning on showing up and if he thought he had any control over their behavior or the number.

He didn't think Skip and I were raising our kids correctly by bringing them to a party where people were drinking. That's when I blew him off the site.

I'm a year above your age demographic and didn't find xfinity live THAT bad. There were places you could stand/go and be away from annoying people.

Yeah, they've done some bad stuff with the in house entertainment. Honestly, I hate it all. Nothing was worse than than woman from survivor they had for half of a season. She was atrocious.
