Here is something fun. The Flyers all-time Bum team. My friend and I were doing this, him with the rangers and me with the Flyers. You pick out the biggest bums ever to play at least a season for your team. Either they were draft busts, or you hated them.

I liked Danny Markov. Dude was crazy. The Flyers messed up not resigning him. That opened the door for the likes of Mike Rathje and Gauthier.

Well, there's tons. Jody Hull, Randy Robitaille, John Sim, Turner Stevenson, Kyle Calder. Hard to make best bums line.

Yup other guys I hated cause of their play or lack of effort. Tibbets I hated because he was a complete scumbag who should have never enjoyed the privilege of playing in the NHL.

I think so. I remember being furious because Manderville (who we traded away for Tibbetts) was a classy guy whose absence not only weakened our PK but also strengthened the Pens' PK.

Another load who predates many posters here was Rick Foley.

A monster during his time (early '70's). 6'4", about 250. Actually had some talent, scary fighter (during one game he fought two Rangers at the same time and beat them both), but was as unmotivated as they came. Flyers placed a weight clause in his contract that he couldn't (wouldn't) meet.

Eventually ate his way out of the league.
