All you fisherman out there: do you eat Muskie? - StLBravesFan
No. They are revered by real fishermen. Carefully put them back to grow and end up on the fighting end of someone else's line in the future. |

and remember Hartman was made the winger with top picks MacKinnon & Drouin in the prospects game. - wiz1901
Really? I didn't watch it this year. Was he able to keep up with them? I know he has speed but as far as skills to keep up with those 2? |

This is true, but like their cousin the pike, they can be eaten. I have used the "5" technique to clean pike and they are both very tasty and generally boneless.
In fact, i like pike quite a bit. |

First, I am not in total disagreement with you, however, lets cut down a few of the platitudes.
I know its a bit off of hockey, but I enjoy the healthy debate on this issue as well. - TrueGrit

With Steve Ott being a UFA next year, any chance of the hawks bringing him in as Bolland's replacement? What a third line of Ott between Shaw and Saad would be. |

News conference tommorrow called "major Blackhawks announcement" on news radio 78 sports report.
The conjecture is Q renews. Question: does Rocky/McDonough allow Q to retain Kompon? |

I highly doubt it. For the next couple of years I don't see the Blackhawks signing anything but low level UFAs. Which is fine with me because that's all we need.
As the cap increases the additional cap space will be used to retain out current players like Toews, Kane, Kruger, Shaw, Saad, Hjalmarsson and Leddy. |

I would guess that they've re-signed Q as well, hopefully that is the news.
Or maybe they're just going to finally release the details of Peckham and Winchester's contracts.

I hope it is not bad news... - Dinger0987
They wouldn't have a build up for bad news and they wouldn't announce bad news right before the convention. |

THE CONVENTION press conference new contract for Q.
Kompon is slated on a few of the round table discussions...and the fact they won the cup is getting anyone fired....especially not to appease any entitled fan whines...
It amazes me that the Cup is ours and this stuff starts again NOW. |

THE CONVENTION press conference new contract for Q - wiz1901
The Blackhawks say they will take questions at the convention/at the news conference. Will someone who frequents this board ask, what changes will be made to ensure a better looking, more productive power play? I will not be present. |

Fish of a thousand casts. Very hard to catch, let alone a big one. Dan McNeil of the Score is apparently quite the muskie fisherman.
I have been fortunate enough to fish for pike all over Canada, and they are a lot of fun to go after, especially with topwater bait, and a lot more action.

Agreed. One thing I never hear attached to his name is Hall of Fame. In my opinion he's a Hall of Fame coach. |
