Don't think they're as good as they were last season.
The coach did a terrific Jacques Martin impersonation last season, but I doubt it'll last through an 82 games schedule.

If the Flyers move anyone, I would think Holmgren would try to move, in order: Meszaros, Grossmann, or Coburn. I think Simmonds is literally on the cusp of "untouchable" not because of his skill, but because there are MAYBE 5 guys in the league who can do what Simmonds does with respect to his play and toughness. IF he is moved, it will be for a player of comparable value or skill.

and these were just power forwards that came to mind off the top of my head...the only ones i see that is close to simmonds value is callahan or stewart...theres far more than 5 power forwards in the league...i know flyers fans like to think they have the best players in the world, but there are a lot of players that play the same style of game as him.

I dunno, they also did it without their best forward, their best defenseman and their #1 goalie. They have depth, are young and agressive. And they added Bobby i score 30 goals per season Ryan.

We are not talking about the same depth, Habs don't have the same energy and physicality.

No they definetly won't reapeat but hey profesionnal sports are unpredictable.
