Trade him.
- Pecafan Fan

If we can get decent picks/prospects...I'd love that for sure.

Even if I agreed with you once doesn't mean I stopped watching my back...

Not a big Phaneuf fan, but damn, why would they even trade him at this point???

Insanity.

- Pecafan Fan

I don't want him traded. I actually like Phaneuf until the last 2 minutes of game 7.

But I do think he may be moved unless he gets signed for an extension. Also the extension has to make sense for the Leafs salary wise.

If the Leafs think that Gardiner and Reilly will be playing 30 minutes a game in 3 years then signing Dion long term for the money he'll be asking for doesn't make a ton of sense. But...that's a big if and I think they will attempt to sign him.

how quickly the young ones forget...

Subban can't pass the puck to himself on the PP...just like Markov couldn't in years past...

If Gonchar gets $5M a year...I'm more than ok with Markov at $5.75... plus they can probably resign him for close to that...a mid- to long term deals at around $5M hit on the cap.

Meh, they need to trade either him or Diaz for a little toughness at some point.

I'm sure weirdoh would make a full story about that girl always smiling at me. Then he'd had yoga pants or something.

Markov was dead tired after a 48 game season. Cant't wait to see what you'll think of him next year...
Trade him at the deadline for a good pick and move on I say.

Trade BOTH, then use Desharnais as a d-man with Subban.

As long as he doesn't get half the roster killed with suicidal passes.

Attends que je lui montre ma carte de secondaire 4

But I doubt the laugh part. I think it's really smiling, I just haven't identified the correct reason behind that. Not food poisoning though.

He'll be just fine...

He's only 34, he's still got a few good years...if all goes well, I think he'll be in line for a 4 or 5 year contract which should pay him $6M, $5.5M, $5M, $4.5M then a final Hoorah at $3.5M when he's 39... Cap hit: slightly under $5M...
