In terms of impact to the US and the World, Delaware has a bigger finger print then Jersey. - youarewrong
Yep, super. It's still just a rest stop when driving to anyplace else. Well that and tax free shopping |

was looking through the Phantoms depth for next season... it isnt bad but i dont know if this is realy a playoff team or not. they are def improved from last season though.
Raffl-Flanagan-Akeson
McGinn-Newbury-Straka
Wellwood-Johnston-Noebels
Brown-Holmstrom-Mathers
Alt-Lauridsen
Manning-Konan
Lamarche-Hostetter
Danis
Heeter
Pretty much our top 3 lines could be 3rd liners in the NHL lol... nothing more i dont think
Also, i understand there's only 50 contracts allowed... just looking through our prospects but i'd like them to get Ghost signed sooner rather than later please lol... right now we're at 49 contracts, Stolarz be3ing 50 but he has that slide rule...
also on capgeek they have Cousins listed as a player in the AHL, and he doesnt have that slide rule any more... i thought he still had 1 year of junior left? - FLYERSROCK!
It's going to be a while before Wellwood plays. And the Flyers are going to have to carry him on the Cap for a while, until he's declared healthy. No reason to be in a hurry to sign Ghostibhere. Cousins is likely going to play with the Phantoms this year.

I always thought it was to punish the horrible DC area drivers. They're worse than Pennsylvanians who drive down here, doing 45 in the left lane of the Parkway and who don't signal any turns - Jsaquella
Americans that live in DC dont drive in DC. Most of your drivers are foreigners and tourists... |

i think he'll go back to Soo. Just MO.
i'd like for him to play in the AHL as well, but i guess we'll see - FLYERSROCK!
There is little chance that Cousins goes back to Juniors. He will be in the AHL.

Apparently you've never driven to Avalon, Wildwood or Atlantic City in July. Tourism along the Jersey shore from Pennsylvania, New York, and even Delaware causes massive traffic delays every weekend in the summer.
And not one cast member of the show "Jersey Shore" is from NJ
But hey, enjoy your outlet stores |

Hammarby and his teammates beat the Canadians (coached by Jacques Demers) to win the gold medal in the Maccabiah games today. Congratulations to the best over-40 Jewish goalie in the U.S.! (EDIT: Heck, the world!!!) - bodiva88
I suggested they check his pads to make sure they are legal |

Yep, and they get about as crowded as a Boy George concert in Alabama. I've been to them. Rehobooth isn't bad. It's also no where near as busy as anywhere along the Jersey shore in the summer. |

Love Rehobeth but the sand is horrible, very pebbly. We go to Sea Isle early June with the kids, no ones there, its awesome |

It's a much better beach experience. I hate the summer where I live. Every assclown from every nearby state comes down, drives like an idiot, acts like a moron and generally makes a nuisance of themselves for three months.
The Quebecers are the most pleasant people to deal with down here in the summer. |

Early June is the best time. You can get around reasonably easy, and it only takes a couple minutes to buy a cup of coffee at Wawa, compared to today, when I was waiting 15 minutes while the old guy from Bryn Mawr counted out his nickels to buy his smokes
We usually go to Cape May, but we always end up having to park 4 blocks from the beach and trek down. |
