Not fried. - mayorofangrytown
I don't know man. I took a shot of that stuff by accident. Freaked me out in the middle of the in-and-out. I think I'd prefer it fried. |

As most people can tell by looking at me, there aren't many things I haven't eaten at this point. It would have to be pretty exotic. - mayorofangrytown
I've had Kangeroo, Alagator, Emu, Osterage, rattlesnake, escargo, pork stomach, beef tendons, uni, bison, elk..
A couple things I want to try, just havent found on menu yet, rabbit, squab, quail, blowfish, wild boar. |

Rattlesnake that I caught myself. Luckily I didn't have to dress it. But we did cook it over an open flame. |

Down in Townsend De, (we call it "slower lower" delaware) they have Muskrat (Groundhog) as a local delacacy. Never tried it, but wouldnt be adverse to it. |

Mine was out of a can. Was kind of fishy texture with a fishy/chickeny taste. Would have loved to try it fresh.
Oh I forgot I have also had frog legs a couple of times. |

I'm glad you didn't dress it either. Snakes look strange wearing clothes. |

On a serious note though--any word as to whether or not Meszaros has been health-cleared yet?
I liked what I saw from McGinn working the boards last season, but think he could use some more time in the minors to work on d-game--because I don't think he's got the defensive ability (or speed) to play a bottom-six role.
Would much rather see the Flyers try to move a healthy Meszaros and use the cap savings to resign Gagne. |

Its just not the same around here when we don't have a sacrificial lamb to throw under the bus in explanation of the team's latest embarrassing loss. |

Might be a little tough to move Meszaros...but you have to move a defenseman, I think |

We used to go here:
http://www.halfmoonrestaurant.com/
It's in Kennett Square, PA
Knocked out a bunch of stuff there including Yak, Oxen, Antelope (which I'd had as a kid) and alligator. I haven't tried the Wild Boar yet.
My whole family were hunters and poor so anything that walks, flies, swims or crawls in the greater NE I've eaten. Squab (it's Doves yo!), rabbit, raccoon, squirrel, opossum, groundhog, deer, bear, quail, pheasant, wild turkey, duck, goose, snapping turtle and every fish.
I'm big into Asian food so I've eaten all of that stuff including jellyfish which was odd to say the least. No blowfish yet. I've even had live fish once. I'll never do that again. |

I bet someone'll be willing to take a chance on him. It's not like he's a career AHLer, he's a top 4 dman when healthy, and his contract is only 1 more year. |

Muskrat and groundhog is not the same. Never had muskrat but I'd give it a go. Ground hog is okay but I've had my fill. |
