The rangers only finished a couple of points ahead of the isles last year and beat the caps in 7 without scoring goals. They won that serious cause of Hank. They both need to improve before they are real contenders

Isles will compete next year, they got better this off season while the rangers stayed the same. Yes, they got a new coach but I don't think he will make them a #1 team.
