If they had Gordie Howe and Wayne Gretzky I wouldn't trust the Caps in playoff time but that's about as good as they can get on paper this offseason

Edmonton won't be in on grabo. I could see them being in on a deal with the caps though to free space up for grabo on washington.

This is the second time I've seen Ottawa as a possible suitor/destination. I don't see how it could work without trading out one or two forwards on the roster.

what if it was one of the teams on his list? maybe that team contacted buffalo and they asked him if he would be willing to go there and he is thinking about it because buffalo sucks

Is anyone else confused by the all-caps in this sentence:

won't even put this at the point of much more than a murmur right now, but there is a source I really trust who tells me that while the Sabres are playing it extremely close to the vest, and acting as if there is not much of a chance Ryan Miller will be moved in the near future, that may not EXACTLY be the case...

Does that mean that there's a really good chance that Ryan Miller might partially be moved to another team? Would he still be a Sabre every other weekend or something like that?

Im guessing its a team like edmonton, im not saying its edmonton, but i would imagine its a team that he had on his list, but he will go to to have a shot to play good and earn his spot on team usa.
