the problem with this team is that they have no players whos last names start with the letter "Z" anymore, let alone a player with a "z" somewhere in their last name at all! Bryz is gone and Mesz is apparently on his way out... prepare for another 100 year drought.

My first Flyers game was at the Spectrum in 1995 against the Panthers... I dont remember much of it to be honest. I know it ended in a tie, not even sure of the score.

The first hockey game I have serious recollection of was a Phantoms vs Hershey bears game. Frank Bialowas totally destroyed some guy as "the Animal" excited the penalty box. Huge fight ensued, and one of the Bears players threw his glove at a fan. I also played during the 2nd intermission.

I don't remember where we sat in the Spectrum the very first time. I want to say it was the second level but it could have been the third.
