I kind of like Richardson and I think he'll surprise you guys in Van, he's not bad. I agree with you about Booth too, he has a pretty good balanced skill set. Lapierre is one of the reasons the Canucks lose though, in my opinion. There is just something about those guys like him, Sean Avery, Carcillo, Burrows, that karma doesn't like. They are not focused and they are not winners. I think the Canucks would be better without Lapierre. - JLO961
Appreciate the input.
I don't really believe in karma, but I can agree that guys like Lapierre have a target on their back with other players, refs, and fans. Lapierre was a very effective player when he was able to keep his poop together.
Burrows toned it down quite a bit. But with him and Lapierre, once the reputation is made, rarely does a change of style erase past transgressions completely.
Hoping Richardson works out for the Canucks. I've heard nothing but positive comments from fans who are familiar with him.
I'm still not sold on any of the likely winger options, unless a young guy like Archibald or Blomstrand can surprise at camp. |

I honestly dont think theres going to be more than 1 winger and 1 center who are rookies, at least not this year...and i dont know if they'd start on anything except the 4th line...at least to start...but who knows...i dont know torts plan...

I think Corrado will be the only rookie to make the team out of camp.
Jensen might get a call up.
I expect all the CHL players to be sent back to their jr teams, with one possibly getting a 9 game stint to start the year. |

I think Gaunce will make it, for some odd reason he's listed on the main roster already...and he's the only rookie forward that is...and after Gillis spoke about him at the end of the year, i think theres a good chance he makes it |

The Islanders are by far the most interesting team in the NHL. Cray cray owner, backup goalie for a general manager, residents that won't pay for a new arena, claiming goalies that won't report, trading for Tim Thomas's rights, etc. - Kinger34
You lost all credibility when you used the term cray, cray |
