Vancouver has to be number one--that circus their management has put on is like a horrific accident you can't look away from.

I am fortunate enough to get to cherry pick a handful of games from my employer's season tickets--I chose Edmonton and Colorado, mainly for the group of young up n' comers they have. Very excited to see them live..

Most of the coaches the Oilers have had in the last 5 years were patsies. They were all given their positions without much invested in them. The Oilers management never gave them much to work with, they never brought enough support to make a difference. The Oilers success plan was through failure, and the coaches made easy scapegaots/firings and kept the spotlight off the young kids.
Quinn was given his job with no expectations, it was more so his reward for the fine work he did with J. Eberle and medals he won Hockey Canada on the IIHF level.
Krueger and the guy before him(his name just won't come to me) were hired to be fired.

This year I think he'll be better than hes ever been, anyone that has watched how luongo plays, he plays far better when he is pissed off, also the olympics are going to have a big part of that play too...past this year, meh i do not know...the only thing he can do is sit out and not get paid...or he can play where he intended to play for at least 9 years of that contract he signed not long ago... I personally think he switched agents because he didn't like the image he was given...which is why i believe he kept posting on twitter...he has to create his own public image...the real him...not some pissed off guy like the media and his agents were portraying him to be...
