Yes they are. If you care to look at any "experts" projections or read any blogs or articles on the Avs, a lot of people expect them to be right on the playoff line. Organization is really heading in the right direction starting from the front office

Average goaltending can win championships. Do the penguins, Blackhawks, rangers, kings have standout defense? No just an average blue line. Blackhawks and penguins were both carried by their forwards. You can be successful if your defense or forwards are good than you could contend for the playoffs. If a Norris trophy winner d man came to us then we'd be contending for a lot more than the playoffs

Our wingers are oreily, landeskog, parenteau, McGinn, Downie, and tanguay. Oreily had 20 points in 29 games. Landeskog was hurt, Downie was out for the year, and tanguay was on the flames. And McGinn is an above average 3rd line winger

I'm the moron? You think the sabres are better than the Avs. We have 4 centers better than your top center. And how are our wingers bad. Landeskog parenteau Downie tanguay McGinn are much better than yours. If millers gone our goaltending is the same. And your defense isn't much better.
