I will watch the Golf channel this evening. Maybe Frank Nobilo and David Feherity will have some updated information. |

True, those things would help, but he made his mistakes long ago when he focused on pitching and let the bullpen and offense go. He can't make difficult decisions, only obvious ones, like signing Lee and Halladay and the stars to big contracts. I'm convinced he can't evaluate talent for poop, and can't make the little trades that Gillick made that made a difference.
Healthy or not, this team is going nowhere with Amaro. - feelingkettle
He took $1mm in Real estate and turned it into $25 cash in 5 years. He took over a championship team and did nothing to sustain it.
The Howard extension was way too much money and way too soon, Trading away Lee, Papelbon...now he's re-signed Utley despite his horrible knees and he sat on his hands at the TDL instead of getting assets in when the team was clearly going nowhere.
He's been abysmal |

Why didn't that Sixers fraud who bought the Devils fire Lamoriello? |

Ruben Amaro Jr has a fantastic talent for doing less with more. Terrible GM, just terrible. |

I'm having a flashback to 1967... Richie Allen tears up his wrist putting his hand through a head light while pushing a car... |

Shoulda let Charlie finish out the year. They're 20.5 games out of first place, it's not like a new coach is gonna get much done. |

True, but this would be like Warren G Harding following FDR or Lincoln.
RAJ is beyond terrible. Jsaq said it best... "RAJ was a better player than a GM, and he was a (frank)ing terrible player" |
