It was toward the end of his career, I know, but he was so incredibly dominant that it's hard not to imagine what could have happened had he not had that freaky foot problem while in a Flyers jersey.

But sadly, I'm fairly confident this kind of accident has never happened in the history of golf...it takes someone from Philly to take a sport with very little chance of serious injury and almost lose a hand playing it.
